Service description
Nihaal Consultant is an independent immigration consultancy based in Pakistan. We provide advisory and documentation services for visa applications to the United Kingdom, Canada, and Ireland, covering eligibility assessment, document preparation, application submission, and post-decision support.
We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. Where your case needs legal advice, we will refer you to qualified counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
Government disclaimer
Nihaal Consultant is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any government, embassy, consulate, or official immigration authority. The immigration authorities of the destination country decide visa applications. We have no influence over those decisions and cannot expedite or guarantee any outcome.
Outcome disclaimer
We do not guarantee visa approval, processing time, or any specific result. No consultancy can honestly promise those things, because the issuing authority decides at its sole discretion. What we do commit to is a careful eligibility assessment, complete and accurate documentation, and a filing that is not rushed. Those are the parts that genuinely affect your chances. If we think your application is unlikely to succeed, we will say so.
Fees and payment
Initial discovery calls are free. Once we understand your case through the eligibility assessment, we disclose our engagement fee, and it becomes payable under the engagement agreement we sign with you.
Visa application fees, biometric fees, language test fees, medical examination fees, and any other government charge are paid by you directly to the relevant authority or service provider. Our consultancy fee does not cover them. Refund terms, where they apply, are set out in your engagement agreement.
Client responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate, complete, and truthful information throughout. Material misrepresentation can lead to refusal, entry bans, or legal action by the destination authority, and it is grounds for us to terminate the engagement.
You also agree to submit documentation in the form and within the timelines we request, to respond promptly to communications about your application, and to tell us when your circumstances change in ways that could affect it, including employment, marital status, address, and any prior refusals. Finally, you agree to comply with the laws of Pakistan, of your destination country, and of any country you transit.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law permits, our total liability to you arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid us under the relevant engagement.
We are not liable for visa refusals or delays caused by the destination authority, for consequential, indirect, or special damages, for losses that follow from inaccurate information you gave us, or for losses caused by changes in immigration law, policy, or processing times while your application is running.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Intellectual property
Everything on this website, including the text, design, illustrations, code, and brand marks, is owned by Nihaal Consultant or used under licence. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it commercially without our written consent.
Confidentiality
We treat what you give us as confidential, and share it only with parties your application strictly requires: the destination authority, language test providers, designated medical examiners, and the processors listed in our Privacy Policy. In return, you agree to treat non-public information we share with you as confidential, including our assessment methodology, fee structures, and strategic guidance.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement at any time, subject to the signed engagement agreement. On termination we provide a final status update and hand back any documents that belong to you. Fees already paid for completed work are not refundable unless the engagement agreement says otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Dispute resolution
Before starting legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If that fails, either party may move to formal dispute resolution under the governing law.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after a revision means you accept it. Where a change is material, we flag it on this page for at least 30 days.
